This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full ownership of and implement designated Service Ops BAU workflows from start to finish.
• Acknowledge all assigned requests within the same business day.
• Execute tasks accurately and within the specified timelines.
• Proactively follow up on pending items to avoid delays or backlogs.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively.
• Provide support for QBR preparation and follow-ups.
• Create NPS tickets, track surveys, and manage follow-ups.
• Assist with weekly timesheet follow-ups and reporting.
• Support project follow-ups at an administrative level.
• Document processes and ensure updates are made.
• Provide team coverage during PTO or peak workload periods.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or administrative support (experience with MSP is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent follow-through and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using operational tools (such as ticketing systems, task boards, and calendars).
• Willingness to adhere to structured processes and utilize checklists.
• Capable of receiving feedback and adapting quickly.
