This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Generation and management of service proposals, along with operational execution and ongoing support.
• Take ownership of and execute designated Service Operations BAU processes from start to finish.
• Acknowledge all assigned requests within the same business day.
• Complete tasks with precision and within established timelines.
• Actively follow up on pending items to prevent delays or backlogs.
• Schedule and coordinate core workflow meetings.
• Provide support for QBR preparation and follow-up activities.
• Create NPS tickets, track surveys, and follow up accordingly.
• Assist with weekly timesheet follow-ups and reporting.
• Prepare for Rock Reset and provide administrative assistance.
• Collect and update scorecard data.
• Support project follow-ups at the administrative level.
• Monitor and update C360 changes.
• Oversee the BVOIP queue.
• Monitor the CSAT channel.
• Assist with the administration of Bonusly awards.
• Facilitate end-of-year operational changes.
• Consistently adhere to documented processes and checklists.
• Identify unclear or outdated documentation and escalate for clarification.
• Help with documentation updates when processes evolve.
• Ensure accuracy in tools such as Monday.com, Outlook calendars, and internal systems.
• Provide team coverage during PTO or periods of high workload.
• Engage in task handoffs to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
• Promptly escalate risks, blockers, or capacity issues as they arise.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or administrative support (experience in MSP is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent task ownership and follow-through skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using operational tools such as ticketing systems, task boards, and calendars.
• Willingness to adhere to structured processes and utilize checklists.
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt quickly.
