This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Technical service and support for customers in project and operational environments.
• Analysis and resolution of complex support cases (2nd/3rd Level).
• Working with relational databases using SQL.
• Creation and analysis of reports with Crystal Reports, or development and maintenance of APIs/interfaces.
• Management and coordination of customer escalations.
• Collaboration with internal teams (development, project, operations).
• Excellent SQL skills (mandatory).
• Substantial experience in Crystal Reports or API/interface development (ideally both).
• Professional experience in Oil & Gas or Chemicals; alternatively, Logistics.
• Experience in customer interaction (service, support, project, or IT department).
• Familiarity with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) is a significant advantage.
• Desirable: Experience with the integration of terminal-related hardware (e.g., measurement, control, or identification systems) into an IT landscape.
• Structured, reliable, and empathetic communication skills.
• Training as an IT specialist/programmer or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in handling customer escalations.
