This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee all facets of customer field equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Ensure dependable performance, outstanding customer service, and successful project execution.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors involved in the installation and upgrading of equipment.
• Conduct field trials for equipment and assist in the implementation of new technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through effective fault-finding and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain Solenis equipment at customer locations to uphold performance, reliability, and safety standards.
• Provide training on equipment to Solenis commercial teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for equipment-related improvements and initiatives at customer sites.
• Experience in instrumentation, mechanical installation, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and fault-finding.
• Proven commitment to workplace safety and hazard identification.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing tasks.
• Prior experience working remotely and directly at customer sites.
• Proficient computer skills and reporting capabilities.
• Mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid Australian Driver's License.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Australia.
• Engineering Degree is highly preferred.
• Trade qualifications will also be considered.
• A Restricted Electrical License is an advantage.
• Experience in the Paper, Pulp, Water Treatment, Chemical Processing, or related industrial sectors is highly desirable.
