• Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on Buehler's metallographic and hardness testing product lines.
• Establish and nurture effective, communicative relationships with clients and management personnel.
• Inform customers about activities, including the scheduling of Preventive Maintenance.
• Address routine inquiries from customers and sales regarding equipment functionality and performance.
• Complete all necessary documentation electronically.
• Follow all Health and Safety protocols to ensure the safety of oneself and the team.
• Manage time efficiently on tasks to maximize productivity.
• Report directly to the Line Manager.
• Technical education in mechatronics or electrical engineering, or several years of vocational training in a related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Comfortable working independently and focused on achieving goals.
• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with both staff and clients.
• Valid UK driving license.
