Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as Technical Support for ECI reactive and maintenance issues

• Assist with technical ECI due diligence, feasibility evaluations, and options assessments

• Prepare documentation to support new technologies

• Track KPI progress and manage both complete and incomplete tickets

• Escalate high-risk concerns if they are not addressed in a timely manner

• Ensure the PPM schedule is uploaded and reviewed promptly

• Deliver weekly reports on completed versus outstanding ECI tasks

• Sustain continuous improvement initiatives for the ECI FSM platform

• Offer Technical Support and troubleshoot for Network and PLC Systems

• Oversee Software Maintenance Support for Site Operations SCADA Systems

⛳️ Requirements

• At least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Robotics Engineering, or a similar field

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

• Expertise in industrial control systems including Allen Bradley, Siemens Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or similar platforms

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft/Google spreadsheets, documents, Gantt charts, and presentation tools

• Exceptional negotiation, networking, and influencing skills

• Capability to perform technical option analysis and identify technological solutions to operational issues

• Proven ability to recognize, develop, and implement solutions that enhance industrial contracts and boost performance
