Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical troubleshooting assistance to installers and other clients through

• phone or digital communication channels.

• Provide commissioning support, whether remote or on-site.

• Collaborate actively with both international and local colleagues/departments to efficiently

• resolve customer concerns.

• Plan and manage the logistics for dispatching replacement inverters and aid in

• the collection of inverters.

• Assist in the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.

• Meticulously document all pertinent case information using CRM software.

• Conduct training sessions for customers or internal staff.

• Continuously identify areas for improvement in products and processes to

• enhance customer satisfaction and company cost-effectiveness.

• Regularly gather feedback, such as customer satisfaction, to support the ongoing

• improvement of the after-sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• State-certified electrician, ideally specializing in photovoltaic technology, renewable energy, or a related field.

• Proficient in German and business fluent in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems,

• EV chargers in distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements, etc.

• Capability to work independently and with focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a PV-related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Self-motivated and driven by performance.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
