• Accountable for the comprehensive service delivery of Connected Technology Solutions products, which encompass advanced dental imaging systems, digital workflows, treatment centers, and other CTS-enabled devices.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support to guarantee optimal performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers in your designated region, addressing technical issues on-site, conducting preventive maintenance, and contributing to standards of service excellence.
• Execute in-house repairs of DS devices, install, configure, and commission CTS equipment (including digital imaging, CAD/CAM, treatment centers, tabletop (DS) devices, and other connected solutions) at customer locations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostic evaluations, and corrective repairs to ensure dependable system performance.
• Deliver prompt and effective technical troubleshooting support both on-site and remotely.
• Keep precise service records, documentation of visits, diagnostics, parts utilized, and steps taken for resolution.
• Educate customers and end-users on proper operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices for CTS equipment.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and service tooling to reduce downtime and facilitate rapid response.
• Collaborate closely with sales, service planners, and regional teams to prioritize service tasks and address customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all technical operations.
• Provide insights on technical trends, recurring issues, and potential enhancements for products/services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance—preferably with medical/dental technology or complex electromechanical systems.
• Previous experience with imaging, digital systems, and network-enabled equipment is a considerable advantage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, service manuals, and testing procedures.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, software utilities, and service reporting systems.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
