Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Maintain effective communication and regular contact with key customers and field team members.

• Ensure that product enhancements and improvements are completed accurately.

• Serve as the authority on product knowledge and subject matter expertise.

• Execute highly complex diagnostic procedures.

• Compile reports for senior leadership, utilizing interpreted test information to address design and system-related issues while ensuring ongoing improvement.

• Convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Keep key customers and field teams updated on unresolved issues.

• Suggest system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with light applied equipment, including Applied Rooftop Units, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, and Split Systems.

• At least 1 year of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or HVAC from an accredited college or university.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and management capabilities.

• Proficient in reading and understanding the scope of work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous challenges that require knowledge across different disciplines.
