Business Advisor – Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Travel to franchise locations within designated territories to assess and define their requirements.

• Visit franchise sites to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Assist franchise owners in refining their operations, marketing, and sales approaches.

• Analyze profit and loss statements to uncover growth potential.

• Establish business objectives alongside franchisees.

• Support franchisees in navigating marketing initiatives, training programs, and technical implementations.

• Connect franchise owners with the corporate support team.

• Celebrate successes and address any challenges that arise.

• Travel about 50% of the time while providing support to businesses in the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Advisor in a related field, ideally in Sign; franchising experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

• Understanding of retail marketing strategies and branding principles.

• Experienced in project management and applying best industry practices.

• Capability to advise on labor and vendor/supplier procurement issues.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for conveying business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

• Technical proficiency and the ability to swiftly learn new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Competent computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and readiness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
