Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure effective communication with key customers and field team members to confirm that product enhancements and improvements are executed precisely.

• Maintain regular contact with key customers, demonstrating tact and courtesy.

• Serve as the authority on product knowledge and subject matter expertise.

• Conduct highly complex diagnostic procedures.

• Generate reports for senior leadership that convey interpreted test data to address design or system-related issues and facilitate ongoing enhancement.

• Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Keep key customers and field teams updated on any outstanding issues.

• Propose system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 5 years of experience with light applied equipment, including Applied Rooftop Units, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, and Split Systems.

• At least 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A clean and valid driver’s license.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or HVAC preferred.

• Capability to lead and inspire teams (preferred).

• Strong skills in problem-solving, planning, and management (preferred).

• Proficiency in interpreting the scope of work (preferred).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (preferred).

• Experience managing simultaneous challenges that require knowledge across various disciplines (preferred).

• A customer-focused, team-oriented approach (preferred).
