This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Offer remote assistance to our clients regarding inquiries and incident reports.
• Engage in a 24x7 on-call rotation as well as Network Operation Center (NOC) operations.
• Manage and document customer incidents and repair requests using CRM tools.
• Deliver on-site support for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with product launches, trials, and demonstrations.
• Conduct pre-configuration (staging) of products.
• Configure, maintain, and provision internal services labs.
• Facilitate product training sessions.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and related technologies.
• Successfully completed a technical degree or vocational training in a relevant technical field.
• Proficient in DWDM, Ethernet Access, Network Management, Network Security, TCP/IP, SNMP, and routing protocols.
• Capable of analyzing faults, problems, vulnerabilities, and dependencies, with the ability to propose solutions.
• Strong orientation towards customer service and satisfaction.
• Team player who is resilient, able to work independently, and highly self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for both national and international travel.
