This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ensure that all client information and updates are effectively communicated and comprehended.
• Confirm that client updates and modifications are accurately inputted into the editorial tool (GCH).
• Adhere to client brief specifications regarding content selection and the creation of summaries.
• Generate a daily or weekly client press review using the designated production tool.
• Utilize the client brief to make informed and targeted selections of content for the press review.
• Compose or revise tailored editorial summaries aligned with client needs.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the specialized toolkits.
• Conduct thorough checks and quality assessments prior to delivering content to the client.
• Relay any updates or feedback concerning service issues, new developments, or media changes to our client-facing teams.
• Report any technical issues to the appropriate personnel (manager, IT Support).
• Monitor and track relevant service desk tickets.
• Regularly evaluate your client-specific services to ensure top-tier quality.
• Provide constructive feedback to the Content team regarding any service errors.
• A degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year in a similar position is ideal, though strong English writing skills may qualify a graduate.
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language is required.
• High standard of written English with the capability to produce quality editorial content.
• Familiarity with the global media landscape, news flow, and the influence of media on corporate communications and strategy.
• Ability to read and comprehend articles, identifying and extracting key details for further analysis.
• Knowledge or the capacity to learn and retain industry-specific issues and terminology.
• Ability to learn and comply with client-specific requirements.
• Excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
