Service Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues related to a diverse range of support services specific to the assigned region, product, or coverage area.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, along with their related configuration installations, serving as the most direct link to all relevant internal functions to assist the customer.

• Establish and uphold communication to deliver continuous technical and business support to designated customers within the assigned geographic region or coverage area.

• Cultivate expertise in one's own function.

• Influence policies and ensure effective delivery within the scope of responsibility while connecting with other organizational segments.

• Analyze internal and external business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Guide others in discovering innovative solutions amidst complex manufacturing processes characterized by technical diversity and/or interdependent production cycles.

• Utilize advanced operational/product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques.

• Convey intricate messages and negotiate primarily within the organization to encourage shifts in perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Field Service and Maintenance.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Field Services.

• Willingness and ability to travel 20% within the service area as required.
