This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to a diverse range of support services within the assigned region, product, or coverage area.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, including their configurations, acting as the direct liaison to all relevant internal functions to assist the customer.
• Establish and sustain communication to deliver continuous technical and business support to designated customers within the specified geographic region or coverage area.
• Cultivate expertise in your specific function.
• Influence policies and guarantee service delivery within your area of responsibility, collaborating with other organizational segments.
• Analyze internal and external business challenges, providing recommendations for best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Guide others in developing innovative solutions amidst complex manufacturing processes characterized by technical diversity and/or interconnected production cycles.
• Present business or technical solutions to leadership.
• Convey intricate messages and negotiate primarily within the organization to encourage alternative perspectives.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience in Field Service and Maintenance.
• At least 8 years of experience, particularly in Field Services.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20% within the service area as required.
