This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Offers assistance through phone, email, and chat to the employees of corporate clients
β’ Aids users in resolving issues related to Outlook and provides support for Microsoft Operating Systems
β’ Manages 50-60 inquiries per day effectively
β’ Utilizes the Active Directory database to reset network passwords
β’ Delivers technical support for VPN connectivity challenges
β’ Diagnoses remote access connectivity issues
β’ Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or service desk setting
β’ Familiarity with various PC hardware and software applications
β’ Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
β’ Capability to follow through on tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal oversight
β’ Excellent technical and client interaction abilities
β’ Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
