Field Technician I – Bilingual, French/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and system components.

• Replace faulty parts and carry out hardware installations and upgrades.

• Gather and relay technical information to support teams for escalations and project planning.

• Adhere to established service procedures and documentation standards.

• Provide exceptional on-site support while fostering positive client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written).

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, field services, or hardware repair.

• Strong understanding of computer systems and operating systems.

• Knowledge of networking hardware and cabling standards.

• Familiarity with servers, data center equipment, and power supplies.

• Ability to confidently diagnose, repair, test, and replace hardware components.

• Valid Quebec Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
