Care Advisor, Care Concierge – Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist benefit recipients in navigating the product platform.

• Recommend various service offerings.

• Support members in completing their orders.

• Utilize assessments and screenings to aid clients in achieving their care journey objectives.

• Address administrative tasks to help members plan and organize their benefits.

• Respond to inbound calls to provide assistance to members.

• Conduct outbound calls for follow-up purposes.

• Assist members in accessing essential resources.

• Participate in the coordination and scheduling of services.

• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

• A strong passion for improving health outcomes through home and community-based services.

• Proficient in computer usage and familiar with clerical functions.

• Strong interpersonal and telephonic communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls.

• Capability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma is preferred.

• Experience in Public/Community Health or a related field is preferred.

• Background in one or more of the following areas: Social Services, Care Coordination, Healthcare Navigation, Public Health, Community Organizing, or Volunteer Work.
