Service Design, Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Operate as an independent contractor catering to a diverse international student population.

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 20-25 undergraduate online learners.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic guidance, and reviewing assessment drafts.

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback and oversee discussion forums.

• Expected to engage with students via email or through calls/online sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• In-depth understanding of service design and principles of services marketing.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a prominent university or college.

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have a functioning laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection (>10 MBPS).

• Capable of quickly learning and utilizing technology platforms for student interaction.
