This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Creating and executing GA4 and GTM measurement setups for clients, which includes event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, as well as server-side tagging.
• Developing clear dataLayer specifications, performing quality assurance against active containers, and collaborating with developers to ensure proper implementation.
• Identifying tracking problems from start to finish, including issues with broken tags, misfiring triggers, and gaps in downstream reporting.
• Constructing data pipelines and warehousing strategies (BigQuery or a similar platform), incorporating GA4 exports, merging behavioral data with other sources, and designing scalable measurement architecture that accommodates multiple clients and properties.
• Creating and sustaining dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI that address real business inquiries, while converting raw data into understandable insights for stakeholders.
• Planning and executing Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives: formulating hypotheses, designing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing results with statistical rigor, and connecting outcomes to revenue or lead objectives.
• Evaluating web and behavioral data through GA4, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, and comparable tools to identify user drop-off points and reasons, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Assisting new business initiatives by drafting proposal language, contributing to pitches, and outlining analytics work for potential clients.
• Extensive experience with GA4 and GTM implementation, encompassing event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, server-side tagging, and debugging using Tag Assistant and DevTools.
• Proficiency in dataLayer design and specification.
• Ability to work with code (JavaScript for GTM, SQL for querying and transformation) instead of solely relying on the user interface.
• Experience in building data pipelines and warehousing strategies using BigQuery or a comparable platform.
• Proven history of constructing dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI that influence decision-making, beyond merely displaying metrics.
• Experience in executing CRO programs utilizing A/B and multivariate testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical findings to clients who may not have a technical background.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts is advantageous.
