Service Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors concerning service, support, and warranty issues.

• Offer remote troubleshooting and assistance for audiovisual and video conferencing systems.

• Oversee and monitor service requests within the ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and repair resources to achieve effective service outcomes.

• Handle service orders, purchase orders, warranty claims, RMAs, and associated documentation.

• Keep service contracts, records, and equipment documentation up to date.

• Support inventory management and recognize potential sales opportunities.

• Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to company processes and standards.

• Fundamental understanding of AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.

• Proficient computer skills and comfort with technology.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Insightful and analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

• Collaborative team player, yet capable of working independently when necessary.

• Competent in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and performing well under pressure.

• Flexible and eager to learn new skills and technologies.

• Professional, dependable, and able to manage confidential information discreetly.

• Willing to adjust shifts as needed.

• Certifications in AV, Computer Science, or related fields are advantageous.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent service.
