Service Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors concerning service, support, and warranty-related inquiries.

• Offer remote troubleshooting and assistance for audiovisual and video conferencing systems.

• Oversee and monitor service requests via the ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and repair resources to achieve effective service outcomes.

• Handle service orders, purchase orders, warranty claims, RMAs, and other related documentation.

• Maintain service contracts, records, and equipment documentation.

• Support inventory management and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to company processes and standards.

• Fundamental understanding of AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.

• Proficient computer skills and comfortable with technology.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Insightful and analytical thinker capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Collaborative team player, yet able to work independently when necessary.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and performing well under pressure.

• Adaptable and eager to acquire new skills and technologies.

• Professional, dependable, and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.

• Flexible in adjusting shifts as needed.

• AV, Computer Science, or related certifications are advantageous.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent service.
