Service Delivery Manager, German Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective provision of HR and payroll services while meeting established service targets.

• Foster customer relationships as the main point of contact, delivering an outstanding customer experience and high-quality service.

• Adhere to contractual SLAs and monitor, report on, and analyze KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage service-related financial metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

• Oversee change requests, including testing, deployments, and adjustments within the payroll system.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive automation projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Assist in transition activities between nearshore and offshore teams.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.

• Collaborate with other Zalaris functions and locations to guarantee integrated service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional experience with SAP and/or payroll systems.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM, global payroll, and partner management.

• Knowledge of HR administration and payroll processing.

• Experience in outsourcing HR, finance, IT, or other business processes.

• Proficient in German and possess strong English language skills.

• Strong skills in customer relationship management and process optimization.

• A solid business and service orientation, analytical mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
