Experienced Payroll HRIS AMOA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Offer functional guidance and support to the client’s business teams.

• Lead and/or engage in the execution of a Payroll HRIS AMOA project.

• Organize project review meetings and business workshops.

• Collect technical and functional requirements.

• Create functional specifications, model business processes, and generate functional deliverables.

• Design and implement configurations, interfaces, and data.

• Conduct functional user acceptance testing, address defects, and oversee the deployment of enhancements.

• Track and report on key performance indicators.

• Train users.

• Advise the client on business matters regarding regulatory changes in payroll and post-payroll processes.

• Serve as the project manager for the engagement.

• Gradually perform audits of business processes and Payroll HRIS systems.

• Lead initiatives to support the selection of Payroll HRIS vendors.

• Manage change management activities.

• Contribute to the growth of the Calexa group through internal initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (four to five years of higher education).

• Degree from an engineering or business school, with a focus on Human Resources.

• Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience (excluding work-study programs and internships) in a consulting firm specializing in Payroll HRIS AMOA and/or with a software vendor.

• Strong functional and technical capabilities, with expertise in HRIS tools and solutions.

• Knowledge of HR Access is mandatory.

• Excellent listening abilities and strong written communication skills.

• Independent, meticulous, and consultative approach.
