This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for the strategic direction, operational excellence, Profit and Loss management, and ongoing enhancement of the hospital’s Unify telephony system.
• Ensure dependable, secure, and high-quality voice communication that directly supports patient care, clinical coordination, and hospital operations.
• Supervise all facets of service delivery, encompassing design, implementation, incident response, maintenance, vendor management, and system lifecycle planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred).
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise telephony or unified communications.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or service delivery management role.
• Strong expertise with Unify voice systems (OpenScape Portfolio, OSV, OSCC, SBC, UC, MS, DLS, etc.).
• Experience in hospital or healthcare IT settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and vendor relationships within complex, 24/7 mission-critical operations.
• Optional: PMP Certification.
