This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Assess incoming service contract requests.
• Draft, revise, and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and associated service contracts.
• Generate SOWs, Service Orders, Change Orders, and Task Orders.
• Conduct quality assurance for outgoing service opportunities.
• Provide guidance and implement suitable contract pathways while maximizing financial, operational, legal, and business terms.
• Assist Sales by utilizing, maintaining, expanding, and training on contract vehicles and sales initiatives.
• Optimize system workflows to support field sales and scoping teams.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal contract stakeholders.
• Maintain records, databases, contract vehicle repositories, and SharePoint sites related to contracts.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and oversee legally binding service contracts.
• Organize and prioritize a substantial volume of SOWs and associated deadlines.
• Influence purchasing decisions related to services through alternative business modeling and supplier analysis.
• Ensure precision, quality, consistent style, and adherence to contract compliance.
• Oversee the SOW signature process.
• Educate, report on, and promote the expansion of service contract vehicles.
• Empower field sales teams in utilizing contract vehicles.
• Provide mentorship, peer review, guidance, and training.
• Verify the accuracy of contract vehicle quotes prior to service purchases.
• Coordinate the storage of documentation and reference materials in CRM and client project repositories.
• Gather contract information for legal contract modifications.
• Foster alliance partnerships and maintain industry knowledge.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external contract stakeholders.
• Complete other assigned tasks and adhere to policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, Pre-Law, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of cumulative relevant work experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in contracts, supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and/or asset management.
• 5 years of professional work experience directly related to this role.
• Previous experience with Client Relationship Management software is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartDocs, SharePoint, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Capability to function in a sales partnership environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings/events.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or MSSP industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
