This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud for enterprise clients
• Serve as a functional lead during client workshops and discussions, converting business needs into technical solutions
• Advise clients on best practices, solution design, and strategic planning
• Offer hands-on support for configuration, customization, and deployment
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Development, Service) to provide comprehensive Salesforce solutions
• Take the lead in client discussions independently, presenting innovative digital transformation concepts and solution strategies based on your established expertise.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Service Cloud implementation
• At least 1 year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation experience
• Over 2 years of experience as a functional lead in discussions with enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration methodologies
• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering Salesforce projects within a consulting context
• Proficiency in the German language is essential
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both German and English
• Bonus: Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud are advantageous.
