This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Suriname.
• Oversee systems and operational workflows within the Remote Service Center to guarantee ongoing functionality and efficiency.
• Identify and document incidents, escalate problems as needed, and collaborate with pertinent teams to rectify operational interruptions.
• Maintain system logs, adhere to operational protocols, and ensure that service standards are achieved.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recognizing recurring problems and aiding in process enhancement.
• Precision, meticulousness, and swift response capabilities are crucial for this position.
• MBO/HBO educational level, ideally in IT, Engineering, or Technical disciplines.
• Previous experience in a control room, operations center, or a comparable setting is beneficial.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
• Proficient communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
