Service Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to aftermarket sales and customer negotiations.

• Proactively follow up on sales leads and opportunities to enhance sales revenues through customer outreach and quoting activities.

• Identify aftermarket sales opportunities and work closely with regional teams to finalize orders.

• Collaborate with the Conversions Manager and engineering teams to create proposals and discover new sales opportunities.

• Meet sales targets in a timely manner and within budget while adhering to KPIs.

• Conduct field visits for sales calls and conflict resolution to strengthen customer relationships.

• Ensure proper execution of aftermarket solutions in the field and remove obstacles between sales, engineering, and field service.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

• Expedite urgent requests for quotations when necessary.

• Oversee sales performance KPIs, including lead conversion rates, opportunity pipeline growth, and sales revenue metrics.

• Contribute to annual business plans, focusing on lead generation and market expansion strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry, with a minimum of two years at KHS.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

• Proficient in navigating CRM and ERP systems; experience with SAP is preferred.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time using public transportation, including airlines.

• A valid passport and driver's license are required.
