Service and Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee facility upkeep through light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

• Offer general maintenance support by painting, constructing, or repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets.

• Conduct cleaning and other fundamental maintenance activities.

• Diagnose, repair, clean, and perform preventive maintenance on store equipment.

• Liaise with service vendors for repair materials.

• Record and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing requirements among work teams.

• Engage in training for both existing and new equipment.

• Operate a company vehicle to various store locations across the division.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

• Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and work in tight spaces.

• Proficient in using hand/electric carts, power tools, and hand tools.

• Capable of crouching and/or crawling and using a ladder.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

• Skilled in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple, shifting priorities.

• Ability to perform tasks independently.

• 3–5 years of experience in the A/C, Refrigeration, or General Maintenance sector.

• Required to drive a company vehicle to various store locations within the division.

• Must participate in training for both existing and new equipment.

• Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, with reasonable accommodations considered.
