• Oversee and implement the strategic roadmap for the ZF [pro]Service Network while enhancing network presence by onboarding qualified workshops in targeted regions.
• Perform annual evaluations of network partners to ensure adherence to compliance, performance, and service quality standards, identifying coverage gaps and executing corrective measures as necessary.
• Assist in the creation of marketing initiatives designed to boost brand recognition and network value.
• Work collaboratively across various departments (Training, Sales, Warranty, etc.) to improve program benefits.
• Organize and facilitate network conferences and engagement events, acting as the main point of contact for [pro] service partners.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships through proactive support and service.
• Ensure that all activities contribute to the direct or indirect sales of ZF products and services.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate customer database, ensuring partner visibility within internal systems and marketing platforms.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Experience in the automotive industry is required; experience in the Commercial Vehicle market is preferred.
• Background in training content development and program certification is a significant advantage.
• Technical knowledge of systems, products, and diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
