Service Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement the strategic roadmap for the ZF [pro]Service Network while enhancing network presence through the onboarding of qualified workshops in targeted regions.

• Perform annual evaluations of network partners to ensure adherence to standards, evaluate performance, and maintain service quality, while identifying coverage gaps and executing necessary corrective measures.

• Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies designed to boost brand visibility and network value.

• Work collaboratively across departments (Training, Sales, Warranty, etc.) to improve program advantages.

• Organize and lead network conferences and engagement activities, acting as the primary liaison for [pro] service partners.

• Foster and sustain robust relationships through proactive support and service.

• Ensure that all activities contribute to the direct or indirect sales of ZF products and services.

• Maintain a thorough and accurate customer database while ensuring partner visibility across internal systems and marketing platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.

• Required experience in the automotive industry; preference for those with experience in the Commercial Vehicle market.

• Experience in developing training content and program certification is a significant advantage.

• A technical understanding of systems, products, and diagnostics is preferred.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Salesforce.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including skills in public speaking and presentations.

• Highly self-driven with the capacity to work independently and manage various priorities effectively.
