This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Accountable for selling products within the Pulp & Paper Service Business across various process areas.
β’ Regularly visit customers in British Columbia, representing all product lines.
β’ Identify current sales opportunities and create new prospects during each customer visit.
β’ Follow up on existing quotes by gathering insights on ANDRITZ offerings.
β’ Maintain ongoing communication with personnel from the product group regarding all opportunities.
β’ Participate in and support final negotiations to secure orders.
β’ Continuously cultivate and uphold relationships in Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations across all assigned mills.
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly identifying and resolving all issues.
β’ Coordinate, schedule, and engage in presentations for specific project opportunities.
β’ Responsible for managing territory sales forecasts, budgets, and cost controls.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
β’ Demonstrated success in sales and/or service roles.
β’ Experience in the pulp & paper industry is preferred.
β’ Established connections with pulp & paper customers within the region is advantageous.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
