This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute on-page SEO strategies, encompassing title tags, meta descriptions, header organization, image alt attributes, internal linking, and URL enhancement.
• Enhance website pages, blog articles, landing pages, and solution pages to align with target keywords and user search intent.
• Create and manage SEO-centric content, such as pillar pages, competitor comparison pages, and blog posts.
• Perform regular content audits and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Contribute to AI optimization projects, including structured content, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and llms.txt assets.
• Oversee website performance utilizing SEO tools to detect issues and opportunities.
• Identify and rectify basic website problems affecting SEO, such as broken links, missing metadata, image-related issues, and content inconsistencies.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and page effectiveness.
• Report technical concerns to the SEO Strategist or Website Manager as necessary.
• Conduct SEO quality assurance reviews for newly created content.
• Work alongside digital marketing and product marketing teams on competitive content, FAQs, and messaging development.
• Aid in competitor analysis, keyword exploration, content audits, and content optimization initiatives.
• Apply the 5-Phase methodology for customer journey mapping throughout the site.
• Independently manage daily SEO tasks to support strategic objectives and long-term growth initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation, specifically with large sitemaps.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and understanding search intent.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, NPD, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Contentful, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML and browser development tools, such as Chrome DevTools.
• Awareness of AI search trends, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and best practices for generative AI visibility.
• Knowledge of keyword research techniques, search intent evaluation, and content optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing teams.
