This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct technical SEO audits for SFCC, AEM, and Shopify brand websites.
• Act as the technical SEO expert during website development and platform transitions.
• Assess staging environments, identify pre-launch issues, and verify post-launch technical performance.
• Implement and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt directives, hreflang tags, and structured data/schema markup.
• Oversee Core Web Vitals monitoring and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and confirm fixes.
• Perform log file analysis to uncover crawl budget inefficiencies.
• Create keyword research frameworks tailored to brands, product categories, and markets.
• Generate optimized content briefs and carry out on-page audits.
• Lead topic clustering and identify content gaps.
• Advise content teams on AEO best practices and AI-answer-optimized formats.
• Manage SEO performance reporting across the entire brand portfolio.
• Develop dashboards utilizing Google Search Console, SEMrush or BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics or GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Conduct competitive gap analysis and monitor SERP features.
• Provide SEO/AEO support to regional and brand teams for campaigns, product launches, and platform projects.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and best practice guides.
• Assist with broader Digital COE Team initiatives and perform other assigned duties.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be accepted.
• At least 3 years of SEO experience, preferably with an enterprise brand or agency managing multi-brand or multi-marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated technical SEO expertise, including crawl management, log file analysis, schema/structured data, hreflang, canonicalization, redirect strategy, and Core Web Vitals.
• Direct experience working on or auditing websites developed on SFCC, AEM, Shopify, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in enterprise SEO tools such as SEMrush, Conductor/BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Solid understanding of Adobe Analytics or GA4.
• Experience in creating dashboards using Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO.
