SEO Specialist – Senior SEO Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for a portfolio of small client accounts

• Ensure accountability for organic search performance and revenue objectives

• Foster client relationships through effective communication, meeting agendas, calls, and strategic discussions

• Perform SEO audits, conduct keyword research, and analyze backlinks

• Provide actionable SEO recommendations

• Monitor client websites and track performance metrics

• Report findings and insights to both the line manager and clients

• Develop and present customized SEO strategies

• Contribute to the creation of long-term SEO roadmaps

• Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and social media teams

• Utilize SEO tools to support recommendations and achieve results

• Stay updated on SEO developments, trends, and best practices

• Share insights both internally and externally through blogs and team sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Currently residing in the UK

• Demonstrated experience in client management and relationship building

• Experience in an agency setting or managing multiple clients concurrently

• Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

• Practical experience with Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Majestic

• Understanding of traffic and conversion measurement

• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

• Previous agency experience in SEO, digital marketing, or PR is desirable

• Experience in account growth or upselling services is desirable

• Knowledge of content strategy, link-building, and technical audits is desirable

• Awareness of PPC, social media, and conversion rate optimization is desirable
