SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, edit, adapt, and publish blog posts and articles based on designated topics, keywords, and content guidelines.

• Format and upload content via the Content Management System (CMS).

• Verify links, images, tags, and overall accuracy prior to publication.

• Enhance meta tags, headings, internal links, images, and anchor text.

• Implement best practices for keyword utilization and content structuring.

• Revise existing content as instructed.

• Assist with guest content, article submissions, business listings, and outreach to external blogs.

• Help with updates to local listings and submissions of website links.

• Contribute to sitemap updates, reviews of crawl issues, and tasks aimed at website improvement.

• Support the preparation and posting of social media content as required.

• Collaborate with the SEO manager and team, incorporate feedback, and adhere to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, including the optimization of meta tags, headers, and images, managing sitemaps and crawl errors, and submitting listings and articles.

• Proficient in English writing, capable of producing articles of 750+ words, blog posts, and guest posts.

• Experience in uploading and formatting content through a website CMS.

• Familiarity with keyword usage, content structure, and internal linking.

• Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

• Capacity to adhere to content guidelines and established procedures.

• Knowledge of on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, images, internal links, and anchor text.

• Skills in keyword-focused content writing, editing, and proofreading.

• Experience with CMS publishing and formatting, such as WordPress.

• Background in guest posting, outreach, business listings, and local SEO.

• Understanding of basic technical SEO: sitemaps, crawl errors, and site speed.

• Familiarity with Google Search Console.

• Experience in content repurposing and preparation of social media content.

• Strong attention to detail along with the ability to manage assigned tasks and communicate progress effectively.

• Willingness to learn the team's tools and workflows.

• Ability to meet deadlines and quickly implement feedback.

• Computer equipped with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.

• Internet speed of no less than 40MBPS.

• Headset with a noise-cancelling microphone and webcam.
