SEO, GEO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer personalized assistance to clients, emphasizing their presence in AI search systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Mode.

• Strategically align GEO with SEO, SEA, social media, PR, and other digital marketing channels.

• Investigate target audience inquiries within AI systems.

• Create sets of prompts.

• Evaluate AI visibility utilizing tools like Peec AI.

• Analyze sources referenced by AI systems.

• Identify specific actions for content, product data, ChatGPT Shopping, Google Shopping, and brand mentions on external websites.

• Prioritize actions based on potential revenue and lead generation.

• Provide operational assistance to clients and generate tickets for developers and technical support teams.

• Formulate action plans and roadmaps alongside clients.

• Assist clients through regular meetings until goals are met.

• Cultivate GEO expertise within client teams.

• Experiment with innovative GEO strategies and further enhance the standard GEO process.

• Collaborate with a skilled team of consultants and engage directly with management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SEO and/or Organic Search.

• Preferably, experience in providing consulting services, such as in an agency setting.

• Initial experience with GEO projects or personal experiments, coupled with a strong aspiration to specialize in GEO.

• Knowledge of the mechanisms and interplay of key online marketing channels.

• Experience with larger online retailers, product data, or Google Shopping is highly advantageous.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw clear recommendations from extensive data sets.

• Familiarity with AI tools and APIs.

• Capability to create custom automations.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex subjects clearly.

• Methodical and organized work approach.

• Strong sense of responsibility and an ownership mentality.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Good command of English is a plus.

• Experience with large-scale projects involving around 10,000 or more indexed URLs.
