SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Create and implement SEO strategies that emphasize brand protection while targeting high-volume generic keywords within the iGaming sector.

• Oversee and safeguard brand visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs), which includes detecting and countering competitor bidding, ranking, and content approaches.

• Conduct thorough research on competitor strategies tailored to SEA markets and user intent in the iGaming field.

• Develop and enhance websites based on WordPress, focusing on on-page SEO, site architecture, and improvements in technical performance.

• Plan and execute backlink acquisition campaigns specifically for the iGaming niche, including outreach, partnerships, PBN awareness, and Web 2.0 links.

• Perform competitor analysis to pinpoint gaps, opportunities, and strategic advantages.

• Regularly conduct on-page and technical audits, optimizing website assets continuously.

• Implement and uphold standard SEO best practices, including technical audits, internal linking, content optimization, and tracking.

• Collaborate with content and development teams to enhance technical elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of SEO experience within the iGaming industry, whether on the operator or affiliate side.

• Proven expertise in SEA markets is highly preferred.

• Strong comprehension of SERP dynamics in competitive niches and strategies for brand protection.

• Practical experience with WordPress, including site setup, optimization, plugins, and performance enhancements.

• Demonstrated capability in backlink building within the iGaming sector and brand protection.

• Comprehensive knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.

• Familiarity with the use of hreflang and canonical tags on multilingual websites.

• Experience with redirection and canonical practices across multiple sites to rapidly enhance SERP performance.

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.

• Technical expertise in working with hosting platforms, cPanel, etc.

• Experience with multilingual SEO and geo-targeting is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or the ability to work closely with developers is advantageous.

• Experience in utilizing tracking tools and analyzing user behavior (e.g., GA4, heatmaps).
