SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the SEO team to formulate the SEO strategy, focusing on scalable content structures and managing international indexing and crawling.

• Evaluate how LLM-based search systems affect visibility, traffic, and user journeys, and develop specific optimization strategies.

• Enhance international search performance with data-driven insights, assess new ranking signals, display formats, and shifts in traffic.

• Create comprehensive analyses, dashboards, and reports to guide stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding complex developments.

• Assist in the execution of strategic SEO projects from inception to launch, working closely with Tech, Product, Content, Data, and other internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in advanced SEO practices.

• Profound knowledge of technical SEO, international scaling, content architecture, and ranking mechanics in competitive environments.

• Strong enthusiasm for LLMs, along with experience in GEO and AI-driven search interfaces.

• Proficient in using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix/SEMrush, internal BI tools, or similar platforms.

• Analytical, organized, and strategic thinker capable of establishing pragmatic priorities and executing actions.

• Excellent command of both German and English.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex topics and collaborate across various functions.
