SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of target GEOs, SERPs, competitors, and keyword clusters to create and execute effective SEO strategies.

• Initiate the launch of websites from the ground up, encompassing initial setup, optimization, and continuous promotion and expansion.

• Experiment with various SEO techniques, link-building strategies, and hypotheses to uncover growth opportunities across different websites and GEOs.

• Keep track of SERPs, competitors, and shifts in the market landscape.

• Modify strategies and take proactive measures in response to algorithm updates, ranking fluctuations, and emerging opportunities.

• Employ AI tools and automation to enhance SEO workflows, analytics, content creation, and routine tasks across various websites.

• Assume responsibility for driving SEO growth for multiple iGaming projects in diverse GEOs, directly influencing the performance of assigned websites and GEOs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing several websites across different GEOs while independently overseeing SEO for designated markets and keyword clusters.

• Strong expertise in technical SEO, site audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and identifying organic growth opportunities in Tier-1 and other key GEO markets.

• Documented SEO experience in iGaming, Affiliate marketing, or other highly competitive sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of competitive SERPs and the capability to tailor SEO strategies to various GEOs, user intent, and market competition.

• Practical experience utilizing AI for automating SEO workflows, optimizing routine processes, scaling content production, and creating custom AI agents.

• Strong ability to define technical requirements for developers, prioritize engineering tasks, and adapt to search engine updates and shifts in SERPs through ongoing experimental testing.
