SEO, GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of organic lead generation efforts for designated regions.

• Design and implement SEO and GEO strategies to enhance traditional search rankings and AI/LLM visibility.

• Generate new content and refine existing material for search engines and AI-generated search experiences.

• Formulate link-building strategies for targeted regions and work closely with the Outreach Specialist.

• Carry out continuous keyword, competitor, and market analysis.

• Assist with local SEO projects and optimize multilingual content across various international markets.

• Engage in technical SEO audits and execute improvements related to Core Web Vitals, indexing, and site performance.

• Track SEO and GEO performance, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and suggest data-driven enhancements.

• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance SEO workflows and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Content, Outreach, Product Marketing, Web, and Regional Marketing teams to boost organic lead generation and search visibility in global markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.

• At least 1 year of direct experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Proven track record in driving organic lead generation for SaaS businesses focused on Get a Demo or Book a Call conversions.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and MCPs to streamline SEO workflows.

• Comprehensive knowledge of link-building strategies for both traditional search engines and AI search environments.

• Profound understanding of SEO content optimization techniques.

• Experience in creating detailed content briefs for copywriters.

• Familiarity with multilingual SEO and international websites.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Must be located in Poland or Ukraine.
