📋 Description

• Take full ownership of organic growth from start to finish, encompassing strategy, SEO, GEO, writing, publishing processes, and analytics.

• Define the direction and create briefs.

• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

• Collaborate with engineering on technical tasks.

• Ensure content is published, ranks well, is cited, and drives conversions.

• Utilize dashboards, documentation, and research as a foundation from day one.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of managing an SEO/content function—taking ownership of the process and being accountable for results, rather than merely executing someone else's briefs.

• Near-native or native proficiency in written English, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing long-form B2B technology writing.

• Demonstrable experience with GEO/AI-search work, including the ability to explain your approach and how you measured success.

• Strong SEO acumen: keyword research, on-page optimization, content architecture, and the ability to set strategy independently.

• Familiarity with GA4 and Search Console, with a data-driven approach to prioritization.

• Capability to manage a process from start to finish across engineering and marketing teams.

• Self-motivated and dependable in meeting deadlines.

• Experience writing about fintech, healthtech, AI, or SaaS; technical fluency in working with engineering teams, APIs, and product development; proficiency in CRO and conversion copywriting; schema markup, headless CMS, or Git-based publishing; and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog; as well as AI-visibility tools like Profound, Peec, or Otterly.
