Junior SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Scale the link building and SEO operations of JustDone.

• Consistently achieve over 50 new referring domains each month, aiming for 75–100.

• Manage 8+ agency contractors: briefs, deadlines, performance monitoring, and payments.

• Oversee link placements: tracking and verifying donor quality based on DR, traffic, relevance, and indexing.

• Prepare reports on referring domains, placements, plan execution, and areas of concern.

• Write briefs for copywriters.

• Optimize website pages.

• Create new informational content.

• Initiate automation of routine processes.

• Participate in organic growth strategy, competitive analysis, and funnel optimization for organic traffic.

• Collaborate with the SEO team through biweekly SEO syncs, weekly 1:1 meetings, and weekly reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years in an SEO Specialist / Junior SEO role.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and link building (backlinks, DR, anchors, indexing).

• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel at an advanced user level.

• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level.

• Familiarity with Google Search Console / Ahrefs.

• Knowledge of AI tools and automation methods.

• Accountability for results.

• Clear communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Discipline in meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
