📋 Description

• Lead Feathery’s SEO and B2B content marketing strategy within the insurance and wealth management sectors.

• Conduct research on industry trends, customer challenges, buyer requirements, and search intent to uncover high-value content opportunities.

• Create, write, and publish thought leadership materials, pillar pages, solution and use-case content, comparison articles, and blog posts.

• Simplify intricate topics in insurance and financial services into clear, credible content tailored for discerning B2B buyers.

• Establish yourself as Feathery’s primary expert for content in insurance and wealth, crafting a unique perspective and voice.

• Manage on-page and technical SEO, focusing on content optimization, site architecture, and internal linking.

• Oversee off-page SEO and digital PR efforts to enhance authority and organic visibility.

• Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure content aligns with customer workflows and converts engagement into pipeline.

• Influence Feathery’s visibility in AI-driven and answer-based search environments.

• Monitor rankings, traffic, engagement, AI visibility, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to refine strategy.

• Manage and publish content and marketing pages using Webflow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SEO strategy, content writing, and B2B content marketing.

• Experience in writing B2B fintech content; experience in InsurTech or WealthTech is highly preferred.

• A portfolio showcasing B2B content you've personally authored, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and long-form articles.

• Proven ability to manage SEO in its entirety, including keyword and intent research, on-page optimization, content structuring, internal linking, technical SEO, execution, and measurement.

• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how content contributes to organic growth and pipeline development.

• Proficiency in articulating complex, technical, or regulated topics in a clear and credible manner.

• Capability to independently guide content from research and writing to optimization, publication, and performance assessment.

• Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and AI visibility and analytics platforms.

• Data-driven approach to measuring performance and making informed decisions.

• Practical experience in creating and launching marketing pages within Webflow.

• Knowledge of AI-driven SEO and answer-based search methodologies.
