This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of shaping the trajectory of an SEO business unit and assume responsibility for pivotal decisions.

• Develop and expand an SEO business unit within YEEP, overseeing its strategy, growth, and financial performance.

• Discover new business prospects, assess markets, select promising initiatives, and establish growth priorities.

• Utilize YEEP’s resources, infrastructure, and expertise to propel business growth and attain sustainable outcomes.

• Assemble a team, make strategic choices, and directly impact revenue through achieved results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on SEO knowledge with a track record of enhancing organic traffic and executing successful SEO projects.

• Background in iGaming SEO or affiliate marketing.

• Strong grasp of traffic acquisition and monetization strategies.

• Strategic and analytical mindset, including the ability to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale effective approaches.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership regarding SEO performance and business outcomes.

• Capacity to work autonomously, make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and utilize resources effectively.

• Experience in managing SEO projects or teams, or a strong desire to build and lead a team.

• Knowledge of SEO project economics, budgeting, and profitability.

• Drive to create something impactful and influence revenue through business performance.

• Experience handling a full P&L is advantageous but not mandatory.
