Senior/Staff Product Engineer – Creative Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Design and develop product features from start to finish across both frontend and backend systems.

• Quickly prototype and iterate on innovative workflows with close feedback loops.

• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy, user experience choices, and feature prioritization.

• Convert vague concepts into clear, high-quality user experiences.

• Continuously enhance interaction details, polish, and overall usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong skills in full-stack engineering, including React, TypeScript, and backend frameworks.

• Outstanding product intuition and a keen eye for UX details.

• Proven experience in developing creative tools, with a capacity to become knowledgeable in creative technology related to AI video production.

• Strong instinct for designing simple, powerful, and enjoyable products.

• Startup mentality: high ownership, high agency, and high velocity.
