Senior/Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives from start to finish, employing user-centered design methodologies that yield high-quality, industry-leading product experiences.

• Work in partnership with other designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements, collect feedback, and balance trade-offs.

• Create designs that address edge cases, failure scenarios, and operational risks in critical environments.

• Acquire a foundational understanding of the ML and AI technologies incorporated in our products to enhance the user experience.

• Contribute to and refine an established design system, ensuring consistency across the product and efficiency within the team.

• Avoid letting the pursuit of perfection hinder the achievement of excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Design or equivalent fields.

• Demonstrated capability to simplify operational complexity and ambiguity into user-friendly, intuitive experiences.

• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Knowledge and application of various user research methodologies, with the ability to select the most suitable approach for each challenge.

• Proficiency in contemporary design tools including Figma, prototyping software, research instruments, design systems, and AI-enhanced design workflows.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming principles to aid communication with engineers and grasp technical limitations.

• Bonus: Experience working with or for the U.S. Military.
