Senior/Staff GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews in collaboration with a Recruiting Coordinator, leading to successful offer delivery.

• Spearhead and ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Consistently strive to enhance diversity within Runway.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and devise innovative recruiting strategies.

• Monitor all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the wider recruiting team.

• Engage in recruiting events and participate in cross-functional projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in business recruiting, focusing on building high-caliber GTM teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Desire and experience working in a start-up setting.

• Motivated to discover methods and establish programs that attract exceptional talent at all levels, providing hiring managers with targeted pipelines to foster strong relationships with engaged candidates.

• Proficient in sourcing utilizing a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, meetups, and other GTM-specific channels.

• A strong commitment to diversity, with prior experience enhancing a previous employer's diversity through specific recruiting strategies preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with experience in Greenhouse or Ashby considered a plus.
