Senior/Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer, Startup Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead the product development team, working closely with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product leaders.

• Take a prominent role in architectural discussions regarding product components.

• Operate within an agile environment, efficiently delivering deployable features into production.

• Evaluate design constraints while providing backend APIs that fulfill front-end requirements, regularly communicating ideas with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development.

• Expertise in backend technologies including server-side Python 3.x, caching, reinforcement learning, and/or machine learning operations.

• Familiarity with modern database technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Practical knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, React, Node.js, and Websockets is highly advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
